2025/26 Memberships on sale now

Supporters over the age of 17 will be able to sign up for an adult membership while we are splitting our youth membership into three age brackets: Born a Hatter (aged 0-2), Junior Hatter (3-13) and Youth Hatter (14-16). This is with the aim to offer a better packages to our younger fans.

Finally, we will be offering a new Global Hatter membership package, which will be the home of our international streaming pass for the new season.

By signing up you'll receive all the benefits of a membership as in previous seasons but members will now receive a 10 per cent discount at the club shop – up from last year's 5 per cent.

The other big difference from last season's memberships is that members will now have the ability to choose between two packs in each membership.

Before the start of the season, you'll receive an email with the instructions of how to log in, pick your pack and have it delivered to you. Born a Hatter, Junior Hatter and Youth Hatter will also have the option to add their name to their items.

Prices have frozen from last year, with memberships costing:

  • Born a Hatter (0-2) £10

  • Junior Hatter (3-13) £10

  • Youth Hatter (14-16) £15

  • Hatters Memberships (17 and over) £50

GLOBAL HATTERS

We're excited to launch a brand new international membership called Global Hatters.

This is the only place to watch all 46 league games this season rolled into a Hatters membership for our supporters abroad.

As a Global Hatter, you'll receive exclusive access to home tickets with a dedicated account manager from the ticket office to ensure that you get tickets when you're visiting Kenilworth Road from outside the UK. You'll also receive exclusive member content and a discount at the club shop.

A Global Hatters membership costs £250 for the entire season and guarantees overseas supporters a stream to watch all 46 league games throughout the season.

You'll need to log in to view the Global Hatters package as it is locked to supporters outside the UK.

2025/26 Memberships

Yes, all existing members will have their previous seasons counted towards their tenure.

The Global Hatter membership is only visible to supporters who are logged into their LTFC Club Account and do not have one of the following set as the country in that account: United Kingdom, Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man or Russia.

You can watch all 46 league and 3 Vertu Motors Trophy games with a Global Hatter membership. This is available to all supporters outside UK, Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man and Russia; and is regardless of any matches selected for domestic or international broadcast.

In store When welcome packs arrive they will contain a new membership card to use as proof for discount in the club shop. If you do not claim a membership pack, you can use your email receipt of purchase to claim your discount.

Online Your discount is tied to the email address you used to purchase your membership, as long as you login with that you'll automatically receive your discount.

You will need to purchase at least 1 full working day prior to the fixture to guarantee access to watch it via LTFC+.

You will receive an email from memberships@lutontown.co.uk; within that you'll find the link to claim your memberships pack.

After purchasing your membership, you should receive an email within 7 days. If you haven't received you email please check your junk or spam. If the email still isn't there, please contact memberships@lutontown.co.uk.

Step 1. You receive your email asking you to create an account on the membership portal. If you don't receive your email, please check your junk or spam within your inbox. If it is still not there please contact ​memberships@lutontown.co.uk. Click the link in your email and set up a password.

Step 2. Once you've created your password you can log in to the membership portal homepage where you'll see other membership options and a reminder of your benefits.

Step 3. Click GET STARTED or SELECT YOUR PACK on the homepage to view your membership pack options.

Step 4. Here you can see your membership pack choices, click REDEEM to discover more information on the packs.

Step 5. Within this page, where applicable, you can choose to add a personalisation, or continue without.

Step 6. Confirm your pack choice by clicking REDEEM, your selected pack will now be highlighted and you can proceed by clicking VIEW CART.

Step 7. In the cart you can review your items before clicking CHECKOUT.

Step 8. Complete your delivery information and accept the Terms and Conditions in the cart, then review your items then click CHECKOUT.

Step 9. You won't be asked to pay any booking, sorting or delivery fees and you can expect your pack to be delivered within 10 days.

A membership card is only available with a membership pack. You can use your Ticketmaster confirmation email to get your discount in the Stadium and Club Shop.
