Introducing our new Fan Engagement Strategy

We are proud to launch our new Fan Engagement Strategy, setting out a clear framework for how the club will continue to listen to, communicate and involve our supporters.

FE Strategy

The strategy brings together our approach to fan engagement across the club, ensuring supporters remain informed, valued and central to decision-making as we look ahead to the future, including the transition to Power Court.

It also supports our existing EFL Fan Engagement Plan and strengthens our commitment to proactive and inclusive engagement with all fans.

Fan Engagement Officer, Lisa McEvoy, said: “Luton Town Football Club has always been a club for the supporters, and we continue to put you at the heart of everything we do. This Fan Engagement Strategy is another example of our commitment to continue building a transparent and meaningful relationship with the people who make our club unique.

“The foundation of this strategy is built from listening. Through collaboration and feedback, we can better understand what matters most and this helps us to build communication and unity as we move towards Power Court.

“This strategy doesn’t replace the EFL Fan Engagement Plan, it provides a structure to the department and underpins our commitment to drive forward and grow. It’s here to show you that we are committed to engage with all supporters in a pro-active and inclusive way, make improvements where we can and create more opportunity for you to feel informed and valued.”

Supporter engagement has long been a key part of our identity and this strategy reinforces our commitment to maintaining strong, open relationships as the club enters its next chapter.
