Luton Town can confirm that Ben Kensell has left his position as Chief Revenue Officer.

Kensell, who joined the club in May 2025, has accepted a senior leadership position in the UAE Pro League in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

CEO Gary Sweet said: “Whilst disappointing, we respect Ben’s decision to take up this life-changing opportunity for him and his family. We wish him well and thank him for his excellent contribution to Luton Town during his short spell with us.

“Under Ben’s stewardship we’ve put structures in place that will continue to benefit the club ahead of our move to Power Court, which sets up an exciting opportunity for the next incumbent to our executive leadership team.”

Ben Kensell added: “I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time at Luton Town and am proud to have made a positive contribution across many areas, but whilst regretful that my time at the club has ended sooner than I envisaged, ultimately this opportunity was too good to turn down at this stage of my career.

“I’ve met and worked with many fantastic people at the club, in particular across our commercial and partnership portfolio, and those relationships will continue to go from strength-to-strength as the club counts down to its move to Power Court.

“I’ll continue to keep a close eye on the Hatters at an exciting time in their history - the future looks very bright for the club.”

Luton Town can confirm that a process is underway to appoint the next senior executive to the club’s leadership team.
